- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Waiting to speak to member service representative. Been on hold more 30 minutes. The recording says don't wait, we'll call you back. In either case you have to wait, only if you hang up someone else may call you and you will miss the agent call back. Absolutely awful customer service. Instead of opening more facilities maybe you ought to focus on your current members. The music playing is awful along with all of those ads. Just awful.By christine j, September 27, 2016
