- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A new customer success story. I think not. I headed into this branch as a brand new client. I wanted to open a new account and had nearly 40 mins before closing to do it. No was the answer right from the start. "We are too busy and will be right up until closing". "There are 2 of us in and we are both busy". "That's fine we will wait for you to finish" I replied. "No then we will be closed". That was it. We were given no alternative other than to go. No offer to make an appointment no apology for the waste of time. So we took our business and our deposit elsewhere. Thanks for making the decision easy to bank somewhere else Chase Custer road plano.By Darren Clarke, August 13, 2017
