- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place has horrible customer service. They wanted to charge me 5 bucks to print 1 page for a label. Do plano a favor don't give any business to this location. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Super close but I've chosen to visit an alternate UPS store a few miles further away in order to avoid this stores questionable measuring and fee practices. Got confirmation from an employee that their training included adding an extra 1" to any measurement during drop off or after self-labeled drop offs. I personally returned to the store after receiving an additional fee notice regarding their modified measurement and got visual and verbal confirmation from the employee that their measurements were wrong but that per training, the inch was added so UPS wouldn't charge them extra. Gino (owner) never called me back but eventually refunded their excess fees. I attempted to file a complaint with UPS, and got the run around (whole other story for later) to various phone numbers due to its franchise status. Have yet to speak with an informed and helpful representative regarding this issue. Will still be filing complaint with UPS Franchise so that they can audit this store and its practices.
