  I went there to renew my license. I went online and got appointment for 9:46 am, entered into the office and got my token, I stayed till 12:15 pm, but did not get to the counter. people next to me are addressed before me. Upon asking officials what exactly was happening, ended up with logic-less answer. I went the very next day again (around 2:30 pm). got my token, everything went fine till 4:45 pm. all of a sudden the employees working there came out and announced that their systems are down, and they can't do anything. They asked us to come back again.

  Get ready to Wait in line for hours. Make sure you bring a chair and start waiting outside like it's Black Friday. Oddly, the sun rises exactly where the line forms, don't ask me why lol. I recommend waiting around 6:30 am. The doors open at 8:00 am. If you have a walker, cane, on crutches etc, there is an employee that will let you cut the line around 7:35-7:40 am. You better bring all the paperwork you've had your entire life. Bring everything! Social, passport, birth certificate, light bill, gas bill, registration, license etc. Make sure it's all on your name or you'll have to do this again. Good luck and don't forget your chair!

  I went there to renew my license. I went online at 8:30 and got a 9:30 appointment. Be aware that it is not truly an appointment but rather an estimated time you will be served. I was actually seen at 10:00, but a 30 minute wait was nothing compared to the line for walk-ins. So i strongly recommend you get an online appointment before going there. The facility is too small for the number of people needing to be served. But unlike other reviewers, I found the staff to be businesslike yet pleasant. All in all, the experience was much better than I had expected.

  Sorry to say but the staffs make things very hard for people (at least for my family) to navigate the system. My general impression, after 5th visit, was that they were busy so they can give very limited time to individuals and they should increase their capacity to handle more visitors on daily basis. To give benefit of the doubt, this could be government funding issue. But I regret to say that they clearly "lack empathy" for visitors. I wouldn't make it hard on people by not providing enough information to guide them and that solely lead to consecutive visits for families. I'm very upset to the point where I made conscious decision to avoid this office or assumes that your work won't get done in a single visit (esp. if you are planning for Driving Test). In the age of social media, you will receive enough sentiments to complete your feedback loop (what's working, what's not) and make an improvements/adjustments to help general public (listen to their requests and complains). In my opinion, it is unfortunate that no action has been taken so far and I wondered how many times this needs to repeat till someone make it better (right) for all. Thank you for reading this post!
