- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've put off posting this for a while but I've officially had enough. I own a small business and this is the closest post office to me. I have to go a couple times per week, and every single time I go, there is only one person working and the line is out the door. This is anytime during the day, as I've tried going at different times to avoid a line. I don't have time to spend an hour at the post office every time I go. I'd rather drive 10 more minutes to go to a further post office and be in and out quickly. So frustrating.By Lauren Johnson, September 05, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The Vietnamese lady there was absolutely rude! I asked her for help and she did not help me with questions I had about mailing my item. She complained about me asking her anything. Kept telling me if that I wasn't ready, well of course not because I have questions and want to make sure I'm doing things right . She just wanted everyone to be in and out quick. Doesn't want to help at all! Never again going to this place. Worst costumer service! I never do any complaints but this time I really had to. Do not go to this location! This is really unnecessary and she cannot let me pay the difference there. Also she wrote a big X and circled the label, yeah! Bad experience!
